Digital platform to empower brand ambassadors in travel retail
Challenge
Global Spirits Group Suntory initiated a digital platform known as Brand Ambassador Excellence to support internal sales represenatives in accessing a global travel retail channel. The goal was to develop a unified, distinctive brand identity for their internal E-Learning portal using Salesforce platform.

Objectives
Our goal was to utilize and create Suntory design patterns for a cohesive and accessible experience on the Brand Ambassador portal. We aimed to enhance visual quality with a distinctive look that embodies Suntory's premium and bold principles. This involved analyzing existing designs and identifying areas for innovation, focusing on elements like color palettes, typography, pattern and iconography to convey luxury and sophistication. We prioritized intuitive navigation and accessibility to create a striking environment that engages Brand Ambassadors and reinforces their connection to the Suntory ethos, fostering pride and belonging.
Branding Exploration
Designing within a Salesforce platform
We used Appinium, a native Salesforce learning solution, for the website's backbone and E-Learning section. This platform supported efficient onboarding, certification, and training for employees and partners.

Worked on editing the motion graphics and art direction for this demo reel for Suntory.
